Why should I choose to work with a coach?
Maybe you are struggling to find a path in corporate that feels right for you, or you’ve recently been promoted to lead a team and need guidance on the most effective way to do that. You could be a seasoned executive, looking to break out of the way you’ve always done it and lean into something new. You might be good at what you do, but know you can be even better. Or maybe you just feel stuck, and we’ve all been there.

Is coaching effective?
The International Coaching Federation shares that 70% of people who work with a coach see improved work performance, 72% see improved communication skills, and 86% of companies that invested in coaching for their teams made back at least their investment. One of my favorite statistics? Nearly 70% of people found a better work life balance.
In my time with my coach (yes, of COURSE I have a coach!) I found the work to be life changing. BUT it required me to lean all the way into the hard work to get the outcomes I was looking for. Coaching is as effective as you make it.
What if I just want a couple of sessions?
We know from experience that the necessary transformation doesn’t just take place in 1-2 sessions. The power is in the process, and trying to cram all of that into a couple of hours will sell your experience short. That’s why we offer our 8 week package, as well as a more immersive 90 day package, both with the option to continue month to month coaching for as long as you decide.
What is the cost for your programs?
When I buy something on Amazon, they charge my credit card and that item is sent to my doorstep almost immediately. With services such as coaching, you don’t get that immediate gratification. No tangible product shows up at your doorstep. Instead, you are investing in a process with someone who is there to guide, consult, communicate, and partner with you to create transformational outcomes that impact your life.
Our packages are priced fairly as follows:
Clarity Session, 90 minutes: $199.00 USD
Career Rebuild, 12 weeks: $2,250.00 USD
Beyond Coaching: Pricing available upon request

What is the process to get started?
We start with an intake form so I can get to know you a bit more. If it looks like we are a good fit, I will reach out and set up a 30 minute intake call. This is the time for all questions, concerns, and emotional outbursts. We'll get the formal things like signatures and first payment squared away, then we'll schedule our first session and jump right in.
